By: Justin Dizon

If laughter is the best medicine, then LMHQ has just what you need this flu season.  On Feb. 1st, check out “The Business of Comedy.”  Attendees get to see what it takes to make a career in comedy and everything that goes into some of pop culture’s funniest programs.

Including some big names in the business:

Taylor Moore, creator of the “very real fake magazine” Fortunate Horse (and curator of all things comedy at Kickstarter) who will be moderating;

Justine Giannino, of IFC TV and one of Cablefax’s 2015 “overachievers Under 30”;

Jasmine Pierce, writer at Reductress and for the podcast Mouth Time, contributor to many publications (like Funny or Die and CollegeHumor) and a founding member of the sketch team Fun with Jerks;

And J.D Amato, writer for “The Chris Gethard Show” and executive producer of a “comedy advice show” to premiere on Seeso on Feb. 23rd.

Get ready for some funny business. Reserve your FREE tickets here.
