Out To See 2016

By: Justin Dizon

You won’t need your sea legs for this seafaring voyage.

The annual “Out to See” festival has returned to 192 Front Street in the South Street Seaport for its third year.  “Out to See” will include dozens of events from now through April, including works of “adventurous Art, Music & Film”.

Presented by Little Water Radio with support from the Howard Hughes Corporation,  OTS3 also features weekly happy hours on Fridays, movie nights (with titles like Airheads and Repo Man) every Thursday, and an assortment of musical performances throughout the festival.
