To aid you in your impending St. Patty’s pub crawl — and to ensure you line your stomach with the necessary, greasy and delicious carbohydrates —  we performed an exhaustive data crunch of all the offerings on Lower Manhattan’s Irish pub menus. The result? This meticulously constructed word cloud: the cheesier and more beer-battered the item, the more likely you’ll find it downtown.
