Liberty Park Now Has Free Wi-Fi

Between the heat, the wildfire smoke and the sporadic torrential rainstorms, this summer’s been slightly iffy for chilling outdoors with your smartphone and reading about Barbenheimer’s ongoing success at the box office. But this week we’re getting a bit of a reprieve, allowing you and your colleagues an opportunity to break out from your mojo dojo casa houses and enjoy some summer breeze . . . while still being online. Because we’re always online.

As it happens, the Downtown Alliance has added to the neighborhood’s several outdoor locations for free W-Fi — a service that the organization has been providing for 20-plus years — so workers and residents can now connect their devices at Liberty Park (155 Cedar St.).

You can access the network by signing onto #DwtwnAllianceFreeWiFi.
