Light up the New Year with Luminaries at Brookfield Place!

Designed by the LAB at Rockwell group, Luminaries is a holiday light installation based on the tradition of sharing, giving and community. Visitors are treated to a canopy of glowing lanterns within the Winter Garden at Brookfield Place that change in color and intensity.

“Wishing Stations” on the ground are touch-sensitive and invite you to send a holiday wish, which will then show as a burst of color traveling through the lanterns above (much like a shooting star). Arts Brookfield has partnered with the GRAMMY Museum to support music education programs; for every wish made, $1 will be donated (up to $25,000).

Though the wishing magic only lasts until January 8th, Luminaries will be on display as a light installation until January 29th. Also until January 8th, Luminaries will feature light shows synched to the sound of seasonal songs “Winter Wonderland” by Michael Bublé, “Silver Bells” by Tony Bennett and “Carol of the Bells” by The Bird and The Bee. They will be presented every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour starting at 8:00 AM and running until 10:00 PM.

Don’t miss out on the magical, light-filled winter wonderland at Brookfield Place.
