Maestro Pasta Is Here To Keep You Well-Fed For The Wintertime

If you’re looking for a way to stay warm and well-fed as the weather turns, there’s no time like the present to take advantage of newly reopened dinner hours at beloved Downtown spaghetti joint Maestro Pasta (45 John Street). Like so many local restaurants, Maestro closed its doors in March and has been reopening in stages since then. As of mid-October, they’ve expanded beyond their lunch-only phase and are now back open for weeknight dinners.

As usual, their mix-and-match menu is full of choices from comforting, cold-weather classics (think bolognese or butter-and-sage) to slightly lighter fare (puttanesca, shrimp ragu, and fresh veggie sides), all made with the restaurant’s organic, fresh pasta that’s made from scratch each day.

Maestro Pasta is also available for delivery via Seamless and Grubhub. Their current hours are Monday to Friday, 11:30a–2p for lunch and 5p–8p for dinner.
