Zoom In And Learn How To Make Malibu Farm’s 21 Mile Peekytoe Crab Cake

The next installment in the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” comes Thursday, November 18, when Executive Chef Amy Sur-Trevino of Malibu Farm (89 South Street) shows participants how to make their signature 21 Mile Peekytoe Crab Cake.

The virtual tutorial is free and encourages donations to Malibu Farm’s preferred food-security charity World Central Kitchen

“Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” is hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito and zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods. Register now to reserve a space for the upcoming Malibu Farm episode.

The series launched last summer with America’s first restaurant Delmonico’s, followed by a number of dining rooms including Gnoccheria, Taïm, Temple Court and Benares. All previous episodes are available on YouTube.
