Patsy’s Pizzeria is a New York City institution, earning a reputation for its stellar coal-oven pizzas since the original debuted in Harlem in 1933. And at long last, Lower Manhattan has its own outpost — Patsy’s Pizzeria & Bar is now slinging pies at the Elevated Acre.
Patsy’s’ downtown franchise at 55 Water St. opened earlier this summer, and it’s already made quite the splash. The expansive space offers gorgeous views of the Elevated Acre — one of our favorite tree-filled spots in the neighborhood! — and a breezy indoor/outdoor feel that will delight patrons in all seasons. The menu includes a whole slew of classic and specialty pies, along with salads, appetizers, heroes and pastas. You can pair your pie with a number of signature cocktails, as well as soft drinks, draft and canned beers and a selection of wines.
It’s a great spot for lunch or a post-work bite, plus Patsy’s can also help you host your special events, a lovely treat amid the gorgeous surrounding gardens. See the full menu here.
