Summer weather — unsettled as it may be this year — means outdoor movies, and this year the Seaport is bringing you the good stuff. Seaport Cinema, the Seaport’s free outdoor movie series, kicks off on July 15, with a whole slate of excellent movie programming running every Tuesday at sunset into September.
This year’s screenings will take place on the Heineken Riverdeck, which offers up stellar views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges; movies begin at 8 p.m., though organizers recommend you get there early to grab food and drinks first. General admission is free with a reservation, though for $30 you can upgrade to reserved seating in the Heineken Zone, which comes with a chair and three Heineken beers per ticket. If you’re hungry, grab a reservation at Malibu Farm, who’ll be serving themed bites weekly, or get an order to-go so you can snack while you watch.
