Shopper’s Paradise Opens In LM

By: Dounya Guermah

The long-awaited Westfield World Trade Center shopping mall opened its doors last week in Lower Manhattan!

From Apple to Dior, from H&M to Eataly, the variety of shops feels endless. New York’s newest shopping center lets you explore 350,000 square feet of retail brands, restaurants, and more making it the largest mall in the city.  Two levels of boutiques make it a one stop destination for makeup, clothing, food, electronics, and almost anything else you can think of that fits into a shopping bag.

If that alone doesn’t impress you, the striking design will.  With the rib-like layout of Santiago Calatrava’s Oculus, the WTC’s newest addition is a stunner and unlike any other shopping center you’ve ever been to.

It’s a must see and a must visit for all and is conveniently open from 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. Mondays through Saturdays and from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Sundays. To view a complete listing of the center’s shops and map, click here.
