Do-Re-Mi-Fa-Sing for Hope Pianos Are Back!

Whether you moonlight as a concert pianist or you once took piano lessons in grade school, you can flex your musical skills at the Sing for Hope Pianos during its 2024 season. From June 10 to June 30, 15 artist-designed pianos will be placed around the city and available for public play.

Be among the first to see this year’s pianos at the launch event on Monday, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 28 Liberty St. and enjoy special performances by LaGuardia High School Girls Chorus, Sing for Hope Youth Chorus and Drummers and Harlem Chamber Players Quartet. The event will be hosted by Alex Garfin, star of CW’s “Superman & Lois” and a Sing for Hope Youth Ambassador.

Sing for Hope is a non-profit organization based in Lower Manhattan founded in response to the aftermath of 9/11 that created this global arts initiative that places artist-designed pianos in public spaces for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Sing for Hope Pianos New York City 2024 is created in partnership with the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, the New York City Department of Transportation, the National Parks Service and Avenue of the Americas Association.
