Join us if you dare for a Halloween scare! Lower Manhattan celebrates the holiday with fun events for all ages.

Brookfield Place Halloween Party: Calling all ghosts and goblins! On Sunday, October 26, from 12 p.m.-3 p.m., visit Brookfield Place for some free, holiday fun. There will be a costume fashion show, face painting, a spooky science lab, magic and more. Don’t forget to check out Hudson Eats for food and Trick-or-Treating.

Hometown Halloween at Trinity Church: On Halloween, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m., dress in your creepiest costume and visit Trinity Church for their Graveyard Trick or Treat event. Stick around for a 7 p.m. screening of the silent film Phantom of the Opera, which will be accompanied by a live organ improvisation. Both events are free for everyone!

Haunted Poets House: A Halloween Reading and Celebration: Are those pages turning themselves? At 5 p.m. on October 31, The Poets House at Kray Hall will host a children’s event to celebrate the day. Come to hear spooky Halloween poetry or even cast your own poetic spell.

Happy Haunting!
