Three New Indian Restaurants Just Dropped In Lower Manhattan

Lower Manhattan just got a little more flavorful. In the last few weeks, three new Indian restaurants opened, blessing us with rich dishes from a variety of regions across the country. Here’s what we’ve got.
Dabangg! (80 Nassau Street)
The spot that used to house Mike’s Noodles now has an affordable lunch spot called Dabangg!, which serves up delicious Hindi cuisine. The menu looks incredible.
Inday (1 New York Plaza)
This fast-casual lunch spot is one you don’t want to miss! The secret here is their ingredient sourcing, using single origin spices and local and sustainable proteins. The menu is also gluten, soy and refined sugar-free, and nearly half of all dishes are vegan.
Tagmo (226 Front Street)
This intimate small-plates spot, bar and sweets shop is helmed by award-winning chef Surhbi Sahni, who serves up homestyle plant-based cuisine from regions across India. It’s a lovely dinner spot for a date-night or self-date night, because self-love is important.
