Freshness for the Holidays

Rich in history and reputation, The Fulton Market has been providing locals with quality produce since 1822.  Originally home to butchers, farmers and, most famously, fishmongers, it was a successful and a popular place to be and be seen.  Holiday lore has it that even Charles Dickens paid a visit on a trip to America!

Many years and four buildings later, Fulton Stall Market still exists, with many vendors selling a large selection of in-season, high quality produce.  From Kholrabi (turnip cabbage) and Tat Soi (Spinach mustard/Bok Choy) to Jerusalem Artichokes to Red Russian Kale, there’s plenty to choose from and enjoy.

Why not give the gift of freshness this holiday season by creating your own basket of tasty snacks and handmade gifts?  Or shop for unique ingredients that will make your holiday dinner one to remember!

Whatever your choice, come peruse the abundant choices that are available daily from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Front Street at the South Street Seaport.
