What Should Josh Katz Explore First?

Street photographer Josh Katz — the lucky winner of the Alliance for Downtown New York’s Explorer In Chief contest — has arrived in Lower Manhattan and is ready to photograph everything in sight. You can follow along as he explores the neighborhood @downtownnyc and help shape his experience by DMing us or emailing him ([email protected]) if you’ve got a favorite restaurant, coffee shop, park, historical site or hidden gem that you want Katz to scope out.

Katz is living at Mint House (70 Pine Street) for three months. If you’d like the chance to walk in our explorer’s shoes, we’re running an Explorer In Chief sweepstakes for one lucky winner to win a two-night stay at Mint House and discover Lower Manhattan for themselves. To enter, follow @joshkatz@staymint and @downtownnyc, and tag two friends on this post. One winner will be chosen through a random generator. See terms and conditions
