Ziggy Marley Is Heading To Pier 17 For A Bob Marley Tribute Concert

Ziggy Marley, Grammy-winning Jamaican musician and son of reggae legend Bob Marley, will play a tribute concert to his father at The Rooftop at Pier 17 this fall.

The October 1 show is part of the rooftop’s Summer Concert Series (not quite summer, but better late than never). Ziggy will play his own stuff as well as Bob Marley’s iconic hits, 40 years after his death in May 1981.

Tickets went on sale last week, but you can still snag them through Ticketmaster. Be sure to check out Pier 17’s website for more Summer Concert Series shows, with upcoming artists including Bleachers, Machine Gun Kelly and New Found Glory.
