When you’ve been in a neighborhood for as long as Blue Spoon has been in Lower Manhattan, you know a thing or 10 about converting casual visitors into loyal regulars.
And while we have indulged dunking $1 chocolate-chip cookies into excellent coffee and matcha offerings, we would be remiss not to mention the 90 William Street’s classic bacon, egg and cheese: replete with a slightly-runny sunny side egg, extra-gooey cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.
