The Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking At Home” returns with a holiday special on Thursday, December 17, with Seamore’s executive chef Rob Eggleston who will make their signature holiday salmon roast.

Hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito, “Dine Around Downtown” Zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods. It’s free to sign up and participate, and any donations go to a good cause — either directly to the restaurant’s employee-relief funds or to a food security charity of the restaurant’s choice.
