Looking for Fresh Seasonal Goods and Produce? Fulton Stall Market’s Spring CSA Is on It

The next few months will hopefully bless us with a bounty of fresh produce. And if you’re looking to stock up on vegetables, fruit, sprouts, eggs, mushrooms, farmstead cheese and other goodies, Fulton Stall Market has a 13-week CSA running through June 16.

Starting March 24, you can opt for one of several farm shares offering local goods like fresh pasta, soup, bread, seafood, chicken, beef, pork, trout, lox, buffalo dairy and a vegan meal for two. Farms participating in the CSA come from the tri-state area, so you’ll be helping out local businesses in addition to netting tasty delicacies.

CSA options include fresh-picked asparagus, baby head lettuce, herbs, mesclun, radishes, nettles, watercress, spring onions, baby leaf greens, baby garlic, fresh-cut micro greens from Rogowski Farm; apple varieties (fuji, cameo, crimson crisp, golden delicious, macoun, mutsu),  rhubarb and berries from Breezy Hill Orchard; large fresh eggs weekly from free-running hens from Knoll Krest Farm; mushrooms from Bulich Mushroom Farm; farmstead cheese from Hawthorne Valley Farm and more.

Sign-ups, prices and pickup times are all online. A delightful spring awaits!
