Get Low wraps up the summer of 2019 at one of Lower Manhattan’s newest, critically acclaimed restaurants — Crown Shy. Located in the landmark art deco 70 Pine Street tower, it is the first solo project from James Kent, the former chef at Eleven Madison Park and the Nomad, and Jeff Katz. The menu is stocked with gems like the pork chop which The New Yorker described as “juicy as ribeye.” Or maybe end Get Low in style and get the Roasted Short-Rib for two which comes with Braised Ends, Quinoa and Chimichurri.
