Stuck in the office all day? Cooped up in your apartment? Get outside and get your summer on!

The Alliance for Downtown New York’s fifth annual free summer event series Game ON! is back and bigger than ever! And this time we’re turning Water Street into your new outdoor summer playground starting Wednesday nights at 4pm on July 18th.

Have some fun with backyard games including: free ping pong, foosball, giant Jenga, shuffleboard and cornhole. Experience local sports or check out the photobooth with our partners at the Brooklyn Cyclones, NFL Experience, New York Cornhole and NYCFC which will popping up along Water Street.

Still working on that summer beach body? Head to Water Street for fitness challenges from Physique 57, New York Sports Club, Be Time Meditation, Rise by WE and Crunch Fitness. Already a work of art? Get your photo at our art wall and meet street artist Katie Merz who will be painting a new interactive mural each week at 75 Wall Street‘s outdoor plaza. Be sure to tag @downtownnyc in your post with in front of the mural using the hashtag #GameOnNYC and be entered to win dinner for two at Andaz Kitchen.

Ready to unwind? Grab a happy hour beer at three outdoor beer gardens at The Andaz Beer Garden at 75 Wall Street, Sky 55 Beer Garden on 55 Water Street’s Elevated Acre or Le Pain Quotidien at 85 Broad Street. You can also bring or download your official Game On! postcard to other participating nearby locations for even more discounted happy hour specials! Music will also be provided by DJ Daddy Dog and DJ Monopoly at 32 Old Slip and 85 Broad Street.

Bring home a piece of the fun by taking a spin at our Downtown Alliance prize wheel located outside 55 Water Street which will feature Lower Manhattan freebies and giveaways from local retailers. Each week we also be giving away $50 gift cards to BlueStone Lane, City Acres, The Mailroom, The Dubliner, Bavaria Bierhaus, Stone Street, Route 66 and Gregory’s Coffee. Just visit any 3 of the 6 Game On! locations below, get 3 stamps from our Game ON! staff and enter at our Downtown Alliance tent at 55 Water Street.

Game On! Water Street takes place in six plazas along Water Street located at: 200 Water Street, 75 Wall Street, 77 Water Street, 32 Old Slip, 55 Water Street and 85 Broad Street. Game days are July 18th, July 25th, August 1st and August 8th with the fun running from 4pm to 8pm. Click here for all the fun details.
