How To Make Two Of Fraunces Tavern’s Tastiest Dishes

The Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking At Home Edition” returns on Thursday, February 25, with Fraunces Tavern Executive Chef Jose Guzman, who will show you how to make their signature Slow-Roasted Chicken Pot Pie and Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito, “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” zooms into Lower Manhattan’s kitchens, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods. It’s free to sign up and participate, and any donations go to a City Harvest, a food-security charity chosen by Fraunces Tavern.

Register now for Guzman’s mouthwatering 4 p.m. tutorial.

The series launched last summer with America’s first restaurant Delmonico’s, followed by a number of dining rooms including Gnoccheria, Taïm, Temple Court and Benares. All previous episodes are available on YouTube.
