IPIC Fulton’s Plush Digs Redefine the Magic of the Movies

If you want to get out of the house but don’t want to spend too much time outside, might we recommend heading to a movie theater? And not just any movie theater, mind you, but one that feels like a much fancier version of your own living room. The Seaport’s IPIC Fulton (11 Fulton St.) has it all: ultra-comfy seating, tasty meals and drinks delivered right to you, and plenty of cinematic offerings you can enjoy without having to hear your upstairs neighbor practice piano.

An IPIC Fulton experience will recreate the feel of watching a movie on your own couch, but way more elevated (and no roommates interrupting you!). The adventure begins the second you walk through the front doors — murals and large pieces of captivating artwork adorn the walls and the hallways leading to the auditoriums. The screening rooms are filled with cushioned reclining seats and mini tables for movie-goers to enjoy a selection of meals and bites. With some auditoriums reaching capacity at fewer than 50 people and intimate pod seats offering seat-side dining service throughout the show, IPIC provides a more comfortable, private atmosphere than your typical theater. For those who want a non-movie dining experience or want to spend some time at IPIC pre or post-film, the Tuck Room upstairs is a lively upscale lounge area for cocktails, lunch and dinner.

In the event that you are already in the neighborhood and do not feel like walking, take our free Downtown Connection bus to Water and Fulton streets, leaving you one block away from the theater.

Check out movie showtimes at IPIC Fulton here. Note that if you’re looking to book a screening for a large group, you can also inquire about a private room. Now that’s cinema!
