Mix It Up In Lower Manhattan’s Living Room

09/19/2014

This is no ordinary living room.

Sleek and seductive, the Living Room & Terrace at the W New York Downtown offers vistas of Lower Manhattan and a modern, open air space with plush furniture and a vibrant Lamella art installation. It includes a curtain with thousands of linear LED lights that reflect off the mirror-like, black granite floor. On the terrace outside, lights form a luminous canopy.

Saturday night is a great time to kick back in the Living Room & Terrace. Coming up on Saturday evenings this month, you can catch Canadian DJs Donald Lauture (September 20) and Nelz’n Yang  (September 27).  Presented by the W Downtown and Mix {Montreal}, the shows feature cutting-edge beats and soulful sounds.
