If there were any facet of New York City that is the most lackluster, it would have to be the scaffolding. Evidently BravinLee understands this, as they recently installed Rita MacDonald’s work “Drift” on scaffolding in the financial district as part of the Downtown Alliance’s Re: Construction Program.
