A new report released today by the Alliance for Downtown New York finds the population of Lower Manhattan has more than doubled since the September 11th attacks, and is now one of the city’s fastest growing residential and commercial areas. Nearly 10 years after the September 11th terrorist attacks a new report is detailing the remarkable comeback of Lower Manhattan.
