‘Tis the Season to Sling Back Drinks at the Oculus Beer Garden

With winter finally vanquished, it’s time to take part in Lower Manhattan’s best pastime — drinking outdoors. The Oculus Beer Garden is here to kick off al fresco booze season; it’s reopening on April 1!
The seasonal outdoor oasis will be serving up brews, wines and beer garden-friendly bites like bratwurst and Bavarian pretzels at 2 World Trade Center Plaza daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you can grab a drink with your pals after work (or, heck, during. We won’t tell!). There’ll also be happy hour deals from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., as well as weekly drink specials.
Along with the beer garden, Smorgasburg WTC returns to Fulton Street on April 4. Every Friday through October from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. you’ll find tasty offerings from a slew of local eateries; see the full list here.
Both the beer garden and Smorgasburg run through the end of October, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the beer garden until then. Not that we can stomach the thought of another fall/winter…
