It’s hot all over New York City, and, for those hunkered down at home, the need to step outside for less screen time and more fresh air may be tempting to do so with abandon. So if you need a break from staring at your personal A/C or fan unit, grab your PPE and a seat at any of the following Lower Manhattan restaurants offering delicious (and socially-distanced) outdoor dining.
