Picture Lower Manhattan: Spring into Summer

Ah, the warm weather is just toasting Lower Manhattan today – and tomorrow. So as Spring headed into Summer, we headed out to explore the area and see how folks were coping. Well, we encountered a lot of childish fun at the fountain at Battery Bosque Park.
