Say Ciao to the New Aperitivo-Inspired Dinner Buffet at QC NY

More daylight means more motivation to plan activities outside of your living room after work. And QC New York’s new complimentary dinner buffet offering just might be the best me-time you can get outside of your own home. 

On Sunday through Thursday nights, starting at 6 p.m., you can enjoy a full dinner spread at Casa QC Bistro with the purchase of any beverage — including a selection of exclusive Ferrari Trento sparkling wines. The buffet has dozens of flavors to choose from, ranging from classic aperitivo-inspired snacks like charcuterie, olives and mixed nuts, to more substantial dishes like quiche lorraine, lasagna and cacio e pepe gnocchi. Plus, crucially, there’s also plenty of chocolate and sweet offerings to pair with your glass of bubbly.

Casa QC Bistro is the spa’s newest restaurant in building 111, a 15,000-square-foot expansion of the spa that opened in 2024. QC New York, which first opened in 2022, comprises several historic Colonial Revival-style army barracks on Governors Island transformed into a European-style spa complex, complete with spa pools, saunas, relaxation rooms, Vichy showers, foot baths and more.
