Been out to eat in Lower Manhattan lately?

If not, you might be surprised by what you find here — new eateries are opening at a dizzying clip and a new food culture is flourishing.  This is the place to sample it all.

On September 30, you’ll be able to find some of Lower Manhattan’s finest culinary establishments all in one place. Get ready for the return of Dine Around Downtown!

The Downtown Alliance’s thirteenth community tasting event, co-presented this year with Fosun International, will take place at One Chase Manhattan Plaza (between Liberty & Pine and Nassau & William) on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., rain or shine.

Emceed by Aarti Sequeira, author and host of “Aarti Party” on the Food Network, this popular food fair will feature dozens of fabulous restaurants all in one place.

Dine Around has become a downtown tradition that brings together some of the finest culinary establishments in Lower Manhattan. It is open to the public and admission is free.  Signature menu items will be available from participating restaurants for between $3 and $7, and the event will feature music by National Jazz Museum in Harlem All-Stars.
