Having a ruff week without the purrfect partner in your life? Shelter Chic can help with that!

The nonprofit animal rescue organization and boutique dedicates its time and profits to finding loving families for the homeless pet population of New York.  Each pretty little pup and puss is dressed in vibrant colors and patterns, with only the best accessories, to catch the eye of curious passers-by.  Co-Founders Brittany Feldman and Amanda Folk aim to give their animals a “fairytale ending,” but they  also strive to raise public awareness about animal welfare.

On Halloween, Shelter Chic is hosting a Costume Party. This Saturday, from 12-5 P.M., stop by their boutique at 79 Chambers Street with your furry four-legged friend(s) for a chance to mingle with other pet lovers over a glass of wine.
