Attention, Huddled Masses: The Statue of Liberty’s Crown Has Reopened

After a long pandemic-era closure, the crown of the Statue of Liberty has indeed joined the rest of the copper lady from France and finally reopened, CNN reported. The pedestal and museum at the site resumed tours in July 2020, but the crown has remained off limits until now.

Visitors can book tickets through the official partner site, statuecitycruises.com. Also a reminder that tickets book up fast, so don’t wait until the last minute if you are scheduling a trip. (For those who plan ahead, consider adding any of these nearby lunch options to the itinerary.) Tickets cost $24.30 for adults, which includes audio tours and ferry travel to Liberty Island.
