The British Invasion Arrives In LM

The British invaded Manhattan more than 200 years ago. Now, they’re back — but this time, we should welcome them!

If you’re looking for a little bit of Britain in Lower Manhattan, then head over to Brookfield Place.

The British-based retailer Burberry just opened a 5,000-square-foot store at Brookfield that offers  exceptional goods, ranging from clothing, shoes, bags, fragrances and other alluring accessories for both men and women.

The high fashion brand has a rich history dating all the way back to the mid-1800’s, when it was founded by a then 21-year old British dressmaker, Thomas Burberry. Today, it stands out as one of the most luxurious brands in the world that can be easily identified by its iconic “Burberry check” pattern or its Equestrian Knight logo.

Pairing its classic style with trendy new designs, Burberry appeals to young and old alike. Head over to Brookfield Place to indulge your inner Brit.
