Park Your Caboose at Any of the Alliance-Branded Tables and Chairs

Each year with the arrival of spring comes an inevitability: the Downtown Alliance-provided tables and chairs. That’s right. We provide seating for Lower Manhattanites to enjoy their breaks and grab-and-go meals, an especially enjoyable experience after months upon months of grueling winter weather. But that’s all behind us now, folks, and instead it’s high time to break out the light jackets and lunches while enjoying the fresh air and free Wi-Fi

The Alliance has installed tables and seating at the following spots:

  • Albany Plaza
  • 15 Broad St., at the corner of Broad and Exchange Pl.
  • Coenties Slip
  • along Gouverneur Lane at 77 Water St.

Remember that when you’re done dining, you can dispose of your food waste at one of our handy compost bins — just be sure to download the app to your smartphone before you feast.
