On Thursday, May 6, zoom into the next installment of the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition,” when Executive Chef Noah Poses of Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s The Fulton shows how The Seaport’s culinary marvel makes its Faroe Island Salmon with Spiced Dashi, Baby Turnips and Sesame.

The virtual tutorial is free and encourages donations to The Fulton’s preferred food-security charity City Harvest.

“Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” is hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito and zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods. Register now to reserve a space for the upcoming Fulton episode.

The series launched last summer with America’s first restaurant Delmonico’s, followed by a number of dining rooms including Crown Shy, Nobu and Seamore’s. All previous episodes are available on YouTube.
