Hall des Lumières Is Hosting a Kids Halloween Party
Hall des Lumières — home to the new digital art exhibit Gustav Klimt: Gold in Motion — is now throwing a Halloween event for kids.
On October 30, the much-anticipated immersive art center at 49 Chambers Street will host a party with pumpkin-decorating and plenty of spooky treats. Each kids’ ticket purchased comes with a mini-pumpkin to decorate while Gold in Motion runs in the background.
Costumes are encouraged, too, and candy will be provided. Adult guests will also be able to view the entire exhibit.
Hall des Lumières aims to provide new ways to experience art. Its first exhibit of Klimt’s works displays the painter’s creations throughout the building interiors, including a 50-foot projection of his most famous work The Kiss, surrounding visitors with bright vivid colors and human forms.
Tickets to the Halloween event are $33 each and available here.
