Tell All the Jean-Georges Fans That the Tin Building Is Open Seven Days

For months, champions of Jean-Georges Vongerichten anticipated the opening of the Tin Building (96 South Street). The famed chef’s multi-floor foodie destination has rapidly turned into a must-visit at the Seaport. Despite for weeks maintaining limited soft-open hours (Thursdays to Sundays? C’mon!), diners still reserved tables at several of its amazing full-service restaurants, including plant-based sensation Seeds & Weeds. And now, at last, the palatial 53,000-square-foot space is serving Lower Manhattan every day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
