Small-Business Owners: Zoom Into This Helpful Webinar Series

Small-business owners, you’ll want to Zoom in for this.

Tune into Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11a–12p: The New York City Comptroller’s Office is offering free online workshops and presentations to guide small businesses. With a particular focus on enterprises owned by women and minorities, Comptroller Scott Stringer is offering rundowns of resources from federal, state and city governments, as well as from the private sector.

Stringer’s “MWBE University” (“Minority And Women Owned Business Enterprises”) will also be available in American Sign Language, Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Urdu.

“MWBEs and local businesses are essential to our economy and identity as a city,” Stringer said, “and we will do everything in our power to help our small business community rebuild stronger than ever before.”

The webinar series began Thursday, April 16 and runs through Thursday, May 14.
