“I seek truth,” said the sculptor Louise Nevelson. “What I seek is anything that will work for me.”  These tulips, not far from Louise Nevelson Plaza near the US Federal Reserve Bank, frame Lower Manhattan in all its natural beauty. They certainly work for us.
