Donate Blood, Get A Free Pint At Stout NYC

Stout NYC (90 John Street) continues its partnership with The New York Blood Center, as the neighborhood restaurant-bar is hosting another blood drive on Monday, November 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Post-blood donation treats consist of juice and cookies, but this time you get that and a gift certificate for a free pint of beer from Stout. You should probably wait a day or so to use it after donating, though. Or not. Up to you!  

Donating blood is an easy way to save a life, and the process is safe. Sometimes it takes less than half an hour to donate. And this time, the New York Blood Center is tossing in a “thank fall” sweepstakes which includes the chance to win a $1,500 shopping spree at Target or Walmart, plus other prizes.
