It’s Not Just The Heat Roasting Lower Manhattan

07/02/2014

Forget to bring your lunch again? Try out Roast Kitchen. You’ll get veggies, grains and meats, all roasted to perfection. The eatery’s new Lower Manhattan location offers its signature hot and cold “roast bowls.” Try the Chorizo Bowl with baby spinach and jasmine rice or the “Keep it Simple” bowl with organic quinoa and your choice of roasted veggies or creamed spinach.  Or build your own bowl. Then wash it down with some house-made lemonade or ice-tea.
