Pretty, Exciting News: Sephora Is Opening on Broadway

Ready those brushes — Lower Manhattan is about to get even more beautiful with a new Sephora location coming soon at 175 Broadway. This location will be the second in the neighborhood for the global beauty retailer after its store at 185 Greenwich St. (within the Shops at the Oculus). 

The ground-level storefront will feature the hundreds of curated beauty brands Sephora is known for carrying, including NARS, Charlotte Tilbury and Fenty Beauty, along with a considerable range of hair and skin care products. You’ll also be able to shop Sephora’s own make-up and other personal care items under its Sephora Collection umbrella. 

The new store’s space itself is also a thing of beauty; it was initially built in 1865 for the Germania Fire Insurance Company. Today, the brownstone and wrought iron structure seen on the top floors still offers a glimpse of the Victorian-style architecture that once lined these streets over 150 years ago. Just something to think about while you’re browsing all your beauty and wellness wants in the near future!
