The New York Yankees head back home tonight to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 3 of the World Series. It’s a crucial game for the Yankees in a historic matchup between the two teams. But before you post up at one of these downtown spots to watch the big game, head to our Instagram to vote in our 2024 World Series Showdown to ensure New York’s victory on a slightly smaller scale.

Indeed, while the Dodgers and the Yankees continue this legendary battle of cities out on the ballfield, we’ve teamed up with our counterparts at the Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) Alliance for a little competition of our own. For every game of the World Series, we’re posting a companion match-up in Instagram Stories that puts a downtown topic to a vote.

You’ll find each game on the Instagram Stories of the home team — the last two games have been on DTLA’s Stories, but tonight belongs to us. Head to our Instagram Stories at around 7:15 p.m. tonight to vote, and note that at the end of the series, the losing city’s BID staff will face (low stakes) consequences yet to be determined.
