I’ll Drink to That: The Champagne Festival That Has Taken Over Stone Street

You better find something to toast: Lower Manhattan is hosting a massive champagne party right now.

Champagne maker Nicolas Feuillatte has taken over historic, picturesque Stone Street with a month-long brand takeover called Unleash the Bubbles — celebrating all things bubbly. The street has been decked out with giant champagne bottles, outdoor bubble dining domes, live music, stools made of champagne cork, ice sculptures — and lots of drink specials. Instagram opportunities abound, especially with a bubble ball pit on the European-style street.

The brand has partnered with 10 restaurants on the street and nearby for creative cocktails and other treats, including The Dubliner, Stone Street Tavern, Ulysses, The Cauldron, Beckett’s Bar and Grill and more. Specials include pairings like champagne and mac and cheese, fun cocktails like a champagne margarita and experiences like a celebratory bubble shower.

The festival started on June 9 and runs through the month, giving you plenty of time to raise a glass for whatever reason you can find. Find more information here
